Head Litigator

Salary: Negotiable (Dependant on Experience)

Main Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Management of a team of Litigators – ensuring they drive strong continued performance.
• Provide strong and accurate visibility to management on a daily basis.
• Ensure achieves monthly and annual performance targets
• Ensure all team members progress cases under your management
• Ensure staff are motivated and committed to delivering a high standard for work on behalf of their clients
• Make Senior Management aware of any concerns with team members in relation to both performance and /or any HR related matters
• Provide visibility to Senior Management Team in respect of team’s case progression and performance
• Complete monthly one-to-ones with all team members, and supporting documents
• Implement monthly and weekly strategic plans for all team members, regularly review performance against the plan providing updates to senior management
